“Intimacy was the aim of the game at this year’s Cambridge Folk Festival. The addition of the Den – the small, cosy tent showcasing up and coming young musicians – proved to be an inspired move by the festival organisers. The tent was pretty much packed for the whole weekend, the heat not putting people off snuggling up on rugs and cushions and enjoying the red ambience cast by the coloured fabric.”
