Creche and Children's activities
Open 12noon to 6pm, Friday to Sunday. Run by Nipperbout Active Childcare, the creche can accommodate up to 30 children aged 2-8, of which four spaces will be reserved for ages 2-3. All staff are Criminal Records Bureau checked. A breast-feeding and nappy changing area is also available.
For children aged 9-13 there is equipment and activities, some of which will be supervised. Please note that this area requires parents to be responsible for their children at all times. A daily timetable will be provided with all activities for the day. There may be a nominal charge for workshop materials and crèche places will be allocated by a ticketing system. Children's music workshops are also available at The Hub on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Children
CHILDREN... Full Festival Children's tickets are only available when purchasing an adult ticket. None will be available on the day. Children under 5 are admitted free but still require a ticket. There is a charge for children aged 5-13 and proof of age will be required for any child aged 10-13. All children must be accompanied.
Each year we face unnecessary problems with parents losing their children. Take responsibility for your children. Children under 14 must be accompanied and never left alone in the campsites. Arrange your own family meeting point should you become separated eg your tent. Report lost children to HQ where announcements can be coordinated. Ensure your child has your mobile number, eg written inside their wristband.
