Cherry Hinton Campsite

Should you need to take your vehicle on site to unload camping equipment, Blue Badge holders can request a Disabled Persons Unloading pass from BoxOffice@cambridge.gov.uk.  Please state your reasons for requesting access at the time of application. This pass allows access, via Gate 2, to the campsite from 9am on the understanding that vehicles must be removed by 10am.  These passes are limited and allocation will be prioritised according to need.

Should you need to take your vehicle on site to unload a trailer tent, drive in through the main entrance (Gate 2) after 10am.  You will not need an unloading pass.

Customers with a Disabled Persons Unloading pass or a trailer tent must follow steward’s directions when entering the site, drive at walking pace and give way to pedestrians. No vehicles will be allowed to drive on the grass should conditions be wet. Should conditions be dry, driving on the grass will be possible but all vehicles must keep to within 5m of fire lanes, so that they do not get blocked in by tents.
