The Cambridge Folk Festival has announced the 
addition of a brand new music space at this year’s event – entitled The People’s Front Room.
The People’s Front Room is a cosy new music venue at the Festival, which you’ll find just off the main path in front of Cherry Hinton Hall. A melting pot of creativity, artistry and performance, combined in a strangely familiar yet surreal environment, it is run by a collection of artists and musicians. Beautifully decorated with sculptures, photographs and comfy sofas, it will be open each day of the festival from morning ’til late. You’ll be able to drop to take the weight off your feet and listen to the music and if you’re a musician, play a few of your own tunes or join in with others.
