Launched in 2011, The Den, is a dedicated stage to emerging talent.
A partnership between the Cambridge Folk Festival, Hope Street Music, who run Cambridge’s premier acoustic night The Living Room, and former BBC Radio 2 Folk Club of the Year, The Nest Collective – The Den is set within a beautiful Indian marquee and decorated to create a quirky, welcoming and intimate space. In addition to booked artists, some 15 minute slots are set aside daily for musicians attending the Festival.
The Den is supported by The PRS for Music Foundation who are supporting creativity, new talent, and new folk music at the Festival.
