How To Book 2010

Tickets will go on sale nationally on Sunday 16 May at 9am.

Tickets will be available online and by phone.
There will be no tickets available to personal callers on Sunday 16 May.
We have allocated approximately 80% of all tickets to online sales.

Box Office opens Sunday 16 May 9am - 4pm.
Thereafter Monday - Saturday 10am-6pm.
Should the line be engaged or if you are on hold, we would ask you to please be patient. We expect a large number of calls, particularly in the first few days of booking. Ensuring customers have the correct information and have booked the correct tickets can be time consuming. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Electron.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TICKETS YOU CAN BUY
To minimise ticket touting and help ensure that tickets are distributed fairly, the following restrictions apply:

• A maximum combination of 4 adult tickets (Full Festival or Day), per person or per booking.
• A maximum of 1 camping ticket per Full Festival ticket.
• A maximum of 4 children's tickets per adult ticket.

DISPATCH OF TICKETS
All tickets will be dispatched on 1st July and will be sent by Special Delivery postage, to ensure tickets arrive safely to the correct person. The Festival will not accept any responsibility for, nor will they replace or refund lost, undelivered or stolen tickets.

TICKET AVAILABILITY
Demand for tickets far outstrips their availability so it is inevitable that some people will be disappointed. Whilst we appreciate that uncertainty about being able to obtain a ticket is frustrating, we would ask all customers to please be patient during the booking process.

NO REFUNDS
Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, re-sold, re-funded or re-issued.
